Whattalongweekend!
I had such an exhausting but a very fun long weekend! Never mind that I lacked sleep. The three days felt like one week! Recap, shall we? May this be a part of excercising my short-term memory.
Friday:
Alej and I took the CR-V to the repair shop to get the tire rod fixed for Papa. We weren't supposed to push through with the repair since everyone was bracing for the super typhoon. Thank goodness it missed Metro Manila but it's still sad it went to hit the Bicol region. :/
We were at the shop for hours!!! Zzzz.... I was bored. But we stayed for it and when we couldn't take it anymore, we took the jeep to SM Sta. Mesa (the nearest mall). I bought gifts for my new godson-- Johan (Tal's youngest baby) and new Rubber Duckies for my collection too! YEY! In our unfruitful attempt to find a place to sit down for hours while we waited for the car to be fixed, we settled for The Coffee Experience. Not bad, though. Their Mocha Latte had a kick! Another two hours more at the shop and then it was back home to bring the car to Papa.
After that off to Greenhills. Traffic was horrible, horrible, horrible. The Christmas Bazaar was swamped with people. I bought a new crystal case for my phone and another one for my Mini at the celphone store. I don't want an iSkin anymore. the crystal case for the Mini has a neck strap too! It's old (compared to the two Nano generations that have come out) but I love this green baby to pieces. :D We've beent through a lot of soundtrips together!
In the evening it was Pj's birthday celebration at Quattro (at Timog).
Saturday:
It was Tito Lynn's birthday lunch at the Market Cafe, Hyatt Hotel and Casino. We had a hearty buffet lunch. Alej and I were so stuffed that we didn't eat dinner that day! HAHAHA! I had quite a sugarush, raiding the dessert table was a good and bad idea. And then Tita Belle was so sweet to surprise my uncle by asking the resto staff to serenade him with a beautiful cake. She wrote to the staff via email (because she lives in the States). HOW SWEEt! :D

Whoa! Naputol kami ni Kuya John!
The rest of the day we went to Glorietta and Megamall with Alej's cousin and his sister Angela. SOOO TIRING!
Sunday:
I woke up really early for my godson's dedication :D WHEEE! I'm a ninang again! FOR THE SECOND TIME! :D
Congratulations, Tal and Matt! :D Apple and her new boyfriend were there, Bea, Chex, Ies, Den and his girlfriend, too! It was great seeing everyone again. I brought Alej with me but too bad we couldn't stay for the lunch after the ceremony because we had a cake to pick up all the way at Las Pinas. It was Mae's (Alej's cousin) 7th birthday too. She had a big party at Max's Shaw Boulevard. It was exhausting too. I thought I was going to doze off in the middle of my dinner because of the long day weekend I had. There was a cotton candy machine, fishballs, Big Scoop ice cream (i love Big Scoop's strawberry ice cream!), face painting, and a lot lot more.
We went to the car wash near my place before he sent me home. There we met this man who owned this awesome pick-up (that I absolutely have a crush on because I love big cars especially pick-up trucks) and a very cute OBESE mini pincher.
So there. Everything I did was exhausing but everything I did was really fun too. :D I love my family! And Alej plus his huge close-knit family. :D:D:D HEEHEE!
